The Royal FISH fund is more than a donation program. It connects the entire supply chain through philanthropy in order to raise awareness of the critical issues facing the world’s fisheries, maximize participation in finding solutions, and increase the availability of sustainable seafood.
By joining the FISH fund’s network of producers, distributors, restaurants, and retailers, you can help support fisheries in their pursuit of sustainability and non-profits organizations who are working to protect and restore marine ecosystems.
How the program works
The goal is to work collectively to donate a minimum of 1% of gross total sales.
Participating vendors, customers (including restaurants and retail), and Royal Hawaiian Seafood will each donate a minimum of one third of one percent of sales. One time donations are also welcome.
The FISH fund will track the amount of sales each month per vendor/customer and then send a monthly statement that includes the donation amount, and newsletter sharing the progress of the program.
The funds raised will go to both projects and nonprofit organizations that are working to improve the state of fisheries and marine habitats.
